Co-Payments

In order to keep costs down, we expect payment at the time of service. Co-payments will be collected when you arrive, prior to your visit with the physician. We accept cash, credit or debit cards, and checks. If you have a balance, payment must be made within 30 days unless arrangements have been made with the Office Manager in advance. Insurance is not a substitute for payment. We will bill your insurance company for covered services, but you are responsible for co-payments, deductibles and non-covered services at the time of service.
