Mount Carmel Vascular Services is pleased to welcome Jan Rader, CNP. Jan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Nutrition Services from The Ohio State University. She went on to receive her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jan's areas of interest include AAA Repair, Aortic and Lower Extremity Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, Dialysis Access Placement, Endovascular Surgery, Interventional & Peripheral Vascular Services, Vascular Ultrasound and Venous Disease.
Dr. Parker received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Wayne State University. She went on to complete her Clinical Psychology internship and Clinical Neuropsychology fellowship at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with collaborative fellowship training at the Medical College of Wisconsin (all programs accredited by the American Psychological Association). Her clinical practice focuses on neuropsychological evaluation of adults with neurological, neurocognitive and/or psychological disorders. She currently practices as a generalist and has experience serving a wide range of patient populations, with special interests in neurodegenerative conditions and all types of acquired brain injury.
Mount Carmel Neurology is pleased to welcome Khaled Alshalian, MD. Dr. Alshalian earned his medical degree from Damascus University. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Michigan State University. Dr. Alshalian is board-certified in Neurology and Epilepsy.
