Mount Carmel Medical Group is Now Open in Polaris

Mount Carmel Medical Group is pleased to welcome James Gangar, MD and Blake Waxman, MD to our new Polaris office. This practice will offer expert primary care services, including: Men's Health, Women's Health, Preventive Care and Diabetes Care.

Dr. Gangar received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and then went on to complete his residency at Mount Carmel Family Medicine Residency. He is Board-Certified by the American Board Family Medicine. His special interests include Preventive Health and Diabetes care.

Dr. Waxman received his medical degree from The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and then went on to complete his residency at Mount Carmel Family Medicine Residency. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His special interests include Men’s Health and Women’s Health.
