Dr. Frank received his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He went on to complete his internship and residency at New York Presbyterian Hospitals. He completed his fellowship training in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology from Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. His special areas of interest include Electrophysiology.
