Jay Bauerle, MD received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and his residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Bauerle received fellowship training in Electromyography at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He is board-certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
