Dr. Phillips received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at Doctors Hospital, and his fellowship training in Vascular Surgery at South Pointe Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. His special areas of interest include AAA Repair, Aortic and Lower Extremity Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, Dialysis Access Placement, Endovascular Surgery, Vascular Ultrasound and Venous Disease.
