Robert Gewirtz, MD, FAANS, FACS

Dr. Gewirtz received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University, and went on to complete his internship and residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He went on to complete his fellowship training in Trauma and Neurosurgery at Allegheny General Hospital, and his fellowship training in Cerebrovascular at Stanford University Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. His special interests include Aneurysms, Brain Tumors, Carpal Tunnel, Chiari Malformations, Computer Navigated Spine and Brain Surgery, Epilepsy Surgery, Head Trauma, Herniated Discs, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Neck & Back Pain, Peripheral Nerve, Skull-Based Procedures, Spinal Fusions, Spine Fractures, and Spine Tumors.
