Dr. Gibson received his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio and went on to complete his internship at Loyola University Medical Center and residency in General Surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and holds additional certifications in da Vinci, Maze, and TAVR surgical procedures. His special interests include Cardiothoracic Surgery, Aortic Surgery, Minimally Invasive Valve Surgery, and Mitrial Valve Repair.
